Yes, we use genuine and ethnically sourced metals for our jewelry. .925 (Sterling Silver) and/or 14 Karat solid gold when available. All jewelry is tested throughout the production process up until it reaches your doorstep.

Yes you can, our jewelry is very durable due to a rhodium coating we place on all of our .925 Sterling Silver jewelry. You can wear our jewelry during many activities without the worry of it tarnishing. (e.g. swimming, sweating, sleeping, showering)

Please include the following information in the email.

• Jewelry Type (Pendant, Ring, Bracelet, etc.)
• Karat Gold (10K = $$$, up to a possible 18K = $$$$)
• Would you like diamonds in your piece of jewelry? (Yes/No) We will discuss diamond options during the consultation.
• Size specifications (How small/big)
• Approximate budget

Alchemy Ice will package and ship orders approximately 48 hours after the order(s) has been confirmed. (Excluding most major holidays)

We will ship all orders with valid tracking numbers, if using USPS Priority Mail, MOST orders should arrive in 3-5 business days.

At this time we do not offer refunds on our custom/solid gold and diamond jewelry, and 925 silver order(s) are on a case to case basis at the discretion of the owner.
